The humidity has finally retreated, but my children have apparently decided that the mid-August transition means it is time to wake up at 5:30 a.m. to discuss the upcoming school year. If you are also vibrating with the specific anxiety of a fast-approaching September, I have gathered enough distractions below to keep us all busy until the buses start running.
